Water Equipment Technology Pty Ltd was formed back in 1995, which was a wholesale and trade supplier to the Golf Course and Commercial Irrigation industry. As part of the business plan and a demand to start an installation division to install commercial irrigation projects, the business unit of WET Commercial was born.

In 2005, Ben Chapman purchased the business.  Ben has over 30 years of irrigation knowledge, especially in Golf and large scale commercial irrigation sectors. Ben has long term experience in owning and operating an  irrigation contracting company as he ran and operated his own previous business from 1978 to 2000.

During this time, he lived with his family in Singapore for 7 years majoring in golf and large commercial irrigation projects. Ben’s previous company was, “Chapman & Rivett Pty. Ltd.” operating from offices in Adelaide, Brisbane, Melbourne & Singapore.
